About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Authority to lead our marine tooling team at Expleo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, testing, and implementation of marine tooling and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of marine tooling projects.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage complex engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Management: Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team, providing guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive project success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marine Engineering or tooling design, with at least 5 years in a leadership or technical authority role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of marine tooling technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes; excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills; strong leadership and team management abilities; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
