We are seeking an experienced SENCO to lead our SEN department in a vibrant school in Camden. This role is ideal for someone with leadership aspirations and a passion for supporting students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SEN department, overseeing SEN provision across the school.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
- Train and mentor staff on SEN best practices.
Requirements:
- Qualified SENCO with experience in managing SEN provision.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- In-depth knowledge of SEN policies and best practices.
- DBS check required.
