HR Change Specialist Opportunity

Alexander Lloyd is pleased to be partnering with a prominent organization on the recruitment of an HR Change Specialist for an initial 9-month fixed-term contract.

This organization is undergoing a significant restructure, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in controlling the operational end of the change program. Key responsibilities include devising and owning the HR Project plan for specific M&A and Change initiatives, ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience with large complex acquisitions, including integration.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt to various environments.
  • Ability to influence and have impact on key decisions by demonstrating deep subject matter expertise.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters in a professional manner.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of UK legislation, policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Process improvement and change management skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in change management.
  • People management skills, supporting a team dealing with a complex workload.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce reports and comfortable interrogating data.
