The Team

Our national banking and finance team advises clients on a wide range of financing transactions across various sectors, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. We work closely with clients, including borrowers, lenders, debt funds, and investors, to provide practical and innovative solutions.

Our Expertise

We have extensive expertise in corporate lending, leverage finance, venture debt, asset finance, and real estate finance, both on a bilateral and syndicated basis. We work closely with major banks, alternative lenders, and financial institutions, and have approved panel status with many of them.

The Role

We are seeking an Associate to join our fast-growing, innovative, and fun team in Leeds. The successful candidate will work closely with local partners and the wider national team on high-value transactions, focusing on leveraged finance, corporate lending, and venture debt. The opportunity to work on real estate finance and asset-based lending is also available.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced banking and finance professional who has spent the early part of their career in a similar discipline. The ideal candidate will have strong general banking experience, be confident reviewing conditions precedent and drafting security documents, and be able to support and assist others in the team on a range of work.
