Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join our Banking and Finance Team in Leeds or Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate banking.

Our Team:

Our Banking and Finance Team has substantial experience in banking and debt finance transactions across a wide range of sectors and with a national footprint. We regularly advise banks, funders, and borrowers on real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate banking transactions.

Our Clients:

We have a diverse client base, including HSBC UK Bank plc, National Westminster Bank plc, Lloyds Banking Group, Santander UK plc, ThinCats, Nortdeutshce Landesbank, and ICG, as well as high-profile real estate development businesses and corporates.
