We are seeking an ambitious Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team to provide leadership and direction. You will be responsible for setting a clear strategy, identifying, coaching and mentoring talent, and driving a One Business culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish Turner & Townsend as the #1 Consultancy in the Real Estate Cost Management sector.
  • Embed and promote the values of Turner & Townsend.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team, leveraging the variety of perspectives and knowledge of our people.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • Degree or HNC level qualification.
