We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Asset Portfolio Manager to join our team at Hamilton Woods. This is a temporary to permanent role, with the possibility of home working and occasional visits to our Leeds office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure the high performance of our asset portfolio, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to maximize value and minimize risk.
  2. You will lead a team of four direct reports, including Surveyors, Administrators, and a Team Leader, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure they have the resources and expertise needed to succeed.
  3. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will assist in the development of our 25-year Asset Management Strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  4. You will take the lead on reviewing and delivering our estate improvement programme, identifying opportunities for growth and recommending solutions to optimize our asset portfolio.
  5. As the lead on our Retrofit Strategy, you will develop and implement plans to enhance our properties, improving their condition and reducing costs.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Strategic Asset Portfolio Manager to make a real impact on our business.
  • We offer a competitive salary package, with a salary range of £49,000 - £55,000 per annum.
