This role presents an opportunity for someone to take ownership of a Compliance function within Broadgate, one of the UK market leaders in providing entrepreneurial and technical support to the financial services sector.

  1. Oversee the internal Compliance helpdesk, ensuring high-quality support for the team and the business.
  2. Manage the team's capability to provide compliance support services, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth.
  3. Able to upskill and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  4. Collaborate with other areas of the Group to retain and attract more customers, delivering business outcomes.

Your Profile:

  1. Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent, with a strong understanding of FCA regulatory standards.
  2. High-level knowledge of mortgage/investment advice processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a Compliance context.
  3. Excellent people and management skills, ideally with experience leading a team, to drive business outcomes.
  4. Technically proficient, with the ability to learn new software applications and adapt to change.
