Virgin Active is seeking a highly skilled Exercise to Music Lead to join our Product Department on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all ETM-related activities within Virgin Active.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ETM program, encompassing various styles and levels of instruction.
- Provide daily support to club teams and Regional Operations Directors in creating a world-class ETM product experience.
- Ensure Virgin Active is the ETM 'Employer of Choice' in the UK by leading the recruitment, induction, and talent development strategy for the Product team.
- Attract, retain, and develop the best ETM instructors and upskill our product managers to identify a world-class ETM product.
- Train and mentor ETM instructors, providing ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct club visits, including instructor assessments, brand standards walks, performance checks, and team member performance development.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 Cycle or Exercise to Music qualification.
- Accreditation from a reputable ETM certification program recognized in the UK.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETM instruction, with a focus on leading group classes.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful ETM programs.
- Extensive experience in ETM instruction with a strong understanding of the industry.
