Job Title: Music Programming Manager

Music Choice is seeking a highly skilled Music Programming Manager to drive the company's digital and commerce efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of new releases on par with competitive DSP services, managing the curation of new music experiences across all Music Choice products, and scheduling audio and video channels to achieve optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize research and data to evaluate the performance of audio and video playlists across Music Choice platforms, including digital platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create frequent recaps and reports to be shared with label partners to demonstrate the impact of Music Choice's support.
  • Manage and foster relationships with key digital account reps at major and independent record labels to ensure timely delivery of newly released audio and video content.
  • Leverage expertise and digital strategy to drive consumption growth by curating playlist-based experiences for our audio and video channel products.
  • Manage the programming of music and video channels/playlists, including building, maintenance, and scheduling.
Requirements:
  • Strong management skills: ability to manage a team of direct reports.
  • Understanding of the digital landscape and DSP streaming services.
  • Knowledge of Music Master Scheduling Software.
  • Computer literate (adaptive to new programs/software, familiarity with Microsoft Office).
  • Deadline oriented, with an ability to juggle and prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
Salary:

$85K-100K
