Funding and Collateral Management Role at ING

Overview: ING Wholesale Banking is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its Financial Markets Credit Exposure Management team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for actively managing funding implications on FM derivative transactions, optimizing collateral for ING's derivatives portfolios, and centralizing and managing liquidity for the bank's markets division.

Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will assist in running the Derivative Funding Framework for the Bank, perform monthly analysis, quote funding XVA for various derivatives portfolios, and perform monthly reporting and analysis for various collateral metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for independent analysis of collateral position and movement, performing PnL analysis and substantiation, developing and running control functions, participating in developing new tools and methodologies, and negotiating with counterparties.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative subject or equivalent. Relevant experience in finance, derivatives, and risk management is essential, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Office tools. Additionally, you should have good presentation skills, be able to explain complicated ideas clearly, and be comfortable working on your own initiative.
