About the Role:

Meraki Talent Ltd is looking for an experienced Aircraft Compliance Officer to join their team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight of first-line activities from a second-line perspective by carrying out monitoring activities and driving actions to improve compliance.
  • Design the annual compliance monitoring plan and oversee agreed monitoring activities, including scoping, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist in annual compliance reviews and risk assessments.
  • Provide compliance advice to the business around compliance monitoring, compliance standards, and processes.

About You:

  • You have experience working in a compliance role within Financial Services.
  • You have strong exposure to completing compliance monitoring reviews.
  • You have knowledge of the FCA handbook and the financial services regulatory framework.
  • You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits.
