Compliance and Standards Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance and Standards Officer to join our team at Nurse Seekers. As a Compliance and Standards Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Home Care services meet the highest standards of quality and care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Implement changes to maintain exceptional service standards
- Provide training support to staff members as required
- Work closely with our management team to drive continuous improvements
What we offer:
- Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience within a Home Care environment
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or a Nursing degree)
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Full and clean driving licence
