Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Officer

Job Summary:

The Regulatory Affairs Officer will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions, including US, EU, Canada, and other territories. This includes building regulatory strategy, determining applicable regulations, and proposing solutions to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget planning and management (Note: Salary information only)
  • Developing and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop regulatory documentation
  • Liaising with external parties, including regulatory authorities and contract research organisations
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidance documents

Requirements:

  • Scientific degree
  • Previous regulatory experience within Medical Devices / IVD or pharmaceutical regulatory experience
  • Negotiation skills to meet with and negotiate with regulators
