Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Senior Occupational Therapist for our complex care services in West Yorkshire. As a key member of our therapy team, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to make every day better for adults living with complex needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our residents, maximizing their independence and empowering them to live their best lives. You will lead and supervise junior therapists or therapy assistants across our homes to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, high-quality therapy and rehabilitation.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a thorough understanding of occupational therapy best practice, excellent leadership skills, and a kind and caring approach. You will have a positive, can-do attitude, lots of enthusiasm to encourage and motivate others, and creative thinking and organizational skills. You must have a BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy and be HCPC registered.
