About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Senior Occupational Therapist in West Yorkshire. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve their goals and live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses, and interventions to help individuals overcome challenges with daily activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team and clinical team to develop and deliver person-centred care plans.
  • Lead and supervise junior therapists and therapy assistants to ensure delivery of high-quality therapy and rehabilitation services.
  • Maintain accurate records and promote choice, dignity, and independence for individuals receiving occupational therapy.
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about occupational therapy and has a positive, can-do attitude. You will have a thorough understanding of occupational therapy best practice and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, creativity, and organisational abilities.

To be successful in this role, you must have a BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy and be HCPC registered. We offer a competitive salary, regular supervision, peer support, and opportunities for career development.
