Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission of making every day better for adults living with complex needs.
You will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals in our care, maximizing their independence and empowering them to live their best lives. You will lead and supervise junior therapists or therapy assistants across our homes to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, high-quality therapy and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses, and interventions to help individuals overcome challenges with everyday tasks or activities.
- Work with the wider care team and clinical team to create person-centred care plans, support individuals to achieve their goals, and evaluate their outcomes.
- Lead and collaborate closely with the therapy team to develop and deliver person-centred occupational therapy interventions.
- Carry out assessments and maintain accurate records for individuals receiving occupational therapy.
- Promote choice, dignity, and independence.

Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered
