Job Summary:This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work autonomously, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based nursing services to patients across Merseyside and surrounding areas
- Work autonomously, making decisions within your scope of practice
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individual treatment plans for acute and non-acute conditions
- Support the clinical team in the development of individual treatment plans for chronic disease patients
- Identify, manage, and support patients at risk of developing long-term conditions
- Provide routine nursing care to patients as required, in accordance with clinical-based evidence, NICE, and the NSF
- Prescribe medication in accordance with PGD and within your own scope of practice
- Competitive hourly rate: £47.00 per hour (Monday to Friday), £50.00 per hour (Saturday/Sunday)
- £250 sign-up bonus for new nurses
- £250 referral fee bonus for nurses referred to our agency
- DBS disclosures provided via fast track online services free of charge
- 3 weekly payroll runs
- £250 training allowance
- Specialist mental health consultants offering a single point of contact
