We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Primary Care 24, a not-for-profit social enterprise delivering NHS contracts exclusively.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality individualized care to patients with a high level of autonomy, underpinned by the four pillars of Clinical practice, leadership and management, education and research.

Key duties will include:

  • Proactively identifying, diagnosing, and managing treatment plans for patients at risk of developing a long-term condition.
  • Prescribing and reviewing medication for therapeutic effectiveness, appropriate to patient needs and in accordance with evidence-based practice and national/local protocols.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and will be required to have full NMC registration with no restrictions.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,504 to £72,293 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a £4,000 welcome/retention bonus and a ride to work scheme.

Person Specification

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner who has:

  • MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
  • Full NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Non-Medical Prescriber V300
  • Clinical Examination and Diagnostics Level 7
  • Experience of working in urgent care and/or primary care
