Advanced Clinical Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Primary Care 24. As a key member of our urgent care service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality individualized care to our patients with a high level of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for patients at risk of developing a long-term condition.
- Prescribe and review medication for therapeutic effectiveness, appropriate to patient needs and in accordance with evidence-based practice and national/local protocols.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
- Full NMC Registration with no restrictions
- Non-Medical Prescriber V300
- Clinical Examination and Diagnostics Level 7
- Experience of working in urgent care and/or primary care
- Competitive salary of £60,504 to £72,293 per annum DOE
