Nurse Functional Assessor Role

In this exciting role, you will use your clinical expertise to assess the impact of disabilities or health conditions on daily life. You will work with complex cases involving physical and mental health conditions and chronic pain disorders, making a real difference in people's lives.

  • Conduct assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face interactions to understand how a person's disability affects their daily life.
  • Produce Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine a person's eligibility for benefits.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Mental Health Nurse who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and has experience working in adult or mental health settings.

This role offers a tailored training programme, regular feedback, and supervision to support your growth and development.

Salary: £39,500 per annum

Location: Various locations throughout Scotland, including Inverness, Dundee, Aberdeen, Stirling, Edinburgh, and Glasgow
