Lead Veterinary Nurse Position

We seek an experienced Lead Veterinary Nurse to lead our team across three Inverness practices. As a key member of our nursing team, you will oversee nurse consultations, theatre nursing, and inpatient care while managing a team of veterinary care assistants and dispensary assistant.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes a generous CPD allowance, private medical insurance, and access to discounts/cashback with participating retailers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring veterinary care assistants to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to best practices.
- Managing inventory and stock control processes, liaising with suppliers as necessary to ensure adequate supplies.
- Facilitating regular team meetings and training sessions to promote collaboration and professional development.
