The Role

We're seeking an Early Careers and Communications Advisor to lead our entry-level recruitment efforts, enhance our employer brand, and drive internal communications. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Early Career Recruitment: Manage the attraction and selection process for entry-level talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers and staying ahead of talent trends.
  • Employer Brand: Enhance our employer brand through platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and TikTok, engaging with local schools and colleges to promote DCS Group.
  • Apprentice Mentoring: Create a vibrant community for our apprentices and manage engaging mentorship programs.
  • Internal Communication: Oversee internal communications, manage content for the DCS Life Intranet, and facilitate employee feedback forums.
Qualifications & Skills
  • English & Maths GCSEs or equivalent
  • Strong numerical ability, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience in recruitment and employer branding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adaptable to change
