Early Careers and Communications Specialist

About the Role:
DCS Group (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Early Careers and Communications Specialist to lead the recruitment and engagement of entry-level talent, enhance our employer brand, and drive internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the attraction and selection of entry-level talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers and staying ahead of talent trends.
- Elevate our employer brand through various channels, engaging with local schools and colleges, and developing a vibrant community for our apprentices.
- Oversee internal communications, manage content for the company intranet, and facilitate employee feedback forums.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance the company's reputation.
Requirements:
- English & Maths GCSEs or equivalent.
- Strong numerical ability, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience in recruitment and employer branding.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adaptable to change.
