We are seeking an Early Careers and Talent Development Specialist to lead our entry-level recruitment efforts, enhance our employer brand, and drive internal communications. This role is critical in nurturing talent and shaping our company's future.
Key Responsibilities
- Early Career Recruitment
- Manage the attraction and selection process for entry-level talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers and staying ahead of talent trends.
- Employer Branding
- Enhance our employer brand through various platforms, engaging with local schools and colleges to promote DCS Group.
- Apprentice Mentoring
- Create a vibrant community for our apprentices and manage engaging mentorship programs.
- Internal Communication
- Oversee internal communications, manage content for the DCS Life Intranet, and facilitate employee feedback forums.
Qualifications & Skills
- English & Maths GCSEs or equivalent
- Strong numerical ability, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in recruitment and employer branding
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adaptable to change
