We are seeking an Early Careers and Talent Development Specialist to lead our entry-level recruitment efforts, enhance our employer brand, and drive internal communications. This role is critical in nurturing talent and shaping our company's future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Early Career Recruitment
    • Manage the attraction and selection process for entry-level talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers and staying ahead of talent trends.
  • Employer Branding
    • Enhance our employer brand through various platforms, engaging with local schools and colleges to promote DCS Group.
  • Apprentice Mentoring
    • Create a vibrant community for our apprentices and manage engaging mentorship programs.
  • Internal Communication
    • Oversee internal communications, manage content for the DCS Life Intranet, and facilitate employee feedback forums.

Qualifications & Skills

  • English & Maths GCSEs or equivalent
  • Strong numerical ability, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience in recruitment and employer branding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adaptable to change
