Quest Employment Careers is seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Banbury. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with existing clients and candidates, while cultivating your own client base.

Key Details:

  • Basic Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 plus uncapped bonus structure (Immediate bonus OTE £30K-34K)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
