As a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Chelmsford, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. With a task-allocated working style, no two days will be the same, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety standards
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals to maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Ensuring timely deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests and managing complaints
  • Completing thorough check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary range of £22,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission, in addition to basic salary
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target, in addition to basic salary
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £30,125+ per year
  • Company car and full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day-in-lieu)
