A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Carer Engagement Specialist to join our busy carer support team at Watertoren Utrecht.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering support and information to family and unpaid carers in Shropshire, enabling them to achieve their own outcomes.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with service users, and a commitment to supporting the carer community.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver support and information to family and unpaid carers in Shropshire
- To work closely with the carer community to identify their needs and develop effective solutions
- To contribute to the development of a carer-friendly community in Shropshire
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
