At Workable, we're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is critical in helping our sales team succeed by providing the tools, resources, and training they need to excel.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Sales Training Programs: Design, implement, and manage training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
- Co-create Sales Content: Work closely with Product Marketing to produce and maintain a library of sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and product datasheets.
- Sales Tools and Technology: Collaborate with IT and Rev Ops teams to evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement strategies with broader company initiatives.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or revenue enablement.
