About the Job

We are currently looking for a Child Development Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, starting ASAP or in September, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and experience working with children with special needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting children with social and emotional mental health needs
  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure seamless provision of care

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, experience working with children with special needs, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A graduate-level qualification would be beneficial.

Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £22,500 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to providing high-quality services.
