Salary: £31,000 per annum (competitive bonus package included)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service and quality standards.
  • To develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • To maintain a deep understanding of Nando's brand values, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
