Education Professionals Wanted for SEMH Schools

The Education Specialists collaborate with specialist Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) schools across Greater Manchester to deliver exceptional education and support to pupils aged 4-16. We seek passionate, resilient, and inspiring Secondary and Primary Teachers to join our provision.
Key Responsibilities:- Teaching and Assessment: Develop engaging Maths and English lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of our pupils.
- Classroom Environment: Foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Collaboration and Support: Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and support strategies for students with SEMH needs.
- Pupil Progress: Monitor and track progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching methods for effective learning.
- Relationship Building: Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and carers, promoting respect, inclusion, and high expectations.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Maths and English, preferably within a specialist or alternative provision setting.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 per annum
