Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. As a key member of our Central Services function, you will provide administrative support to our Client Management, Strategic Alliance, and Front Office Sales teams.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts via DocuSign
  • Validation of all Candidate documents submitted during onboarding; Ensuring TRG is fully compliant with all country requirements
  • Data entry to maintain our internal CRM, accounting and timesheet systems
  • Provide quality customer service to Sales teams, Clients, and Candidates
  • Assist with processing of Candidate background checks and drug screenings
  • Work closely with our Legal department to manage requests and updates to Client and Candidate agreements

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience, ideally in a Sales/Recruitment/Finance/Corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Some experience of CRM/ERP systems e.g: Salesforce & Sage desirable (not essential)

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level. We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including hybrid working arrangements and access to industry-leading tools.
