Consultant Psychiatrist Acute Working Age Adult Female Inpatients

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a key role in the medical and clinical leadership of our acute adult inpatient service.
Key Responsibilities- Work as a Responsible Clinician, assessing, reviewing, prescribing, formulating, and treating inpatients admitted to the ward.
- Lead on the management of inpatients, working closely with a large multidisciplinary team.
- Support a full-time Specialty Doctor, Higher Trainee, Core Trainee, and Foundation Year Doctor.
- Contribute to the development of clinical and medical leadership within the trust.
- A competitive salary of £105,390 at pay point YC72 (point 04).

- On GMC specialist register or within 6 months of CCT/CESR current AC approval and current member of RCPsych.
- Experience of working in working age adult psychiatry.
- Record of teaching and training at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
- Description of QIP (e.g. clinical audit/service evaluation/development).
