Clinical Lead for Acute Adult Inpatient Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our acute adult inpatient services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the management of inpatients on our acute adult wards, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of our Trust's strategy and vision, ensuring that our services are aligned with national priorities and best practice.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our junior doctors and other healthcare professionals, supporting their development and career progression.
