Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to lead our Business Continuity program, ensuring that our logistics network remains resilient in the face of adversity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing risk assessments, business continuity plans, disaster recovery procedures, and exercising crisis management protocols.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, including risk assessments, incident response, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the resilience of our logistics network.
  • Design and implement training programs to ensure that staff are equipped to respond effectively in crisis situations.
  • Conduct regular exercises and simulations to test our business continuity plans and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, logistics, supply chain management).
  • Proven experience in contingency planning, risk management, and supply chain leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
