SEN Teaching Assistant - Bristol

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with complex needs in schools across Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with SEN teachers to provide tailored support and create inclusive learning environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Supporting students with severe physical disabilities, complex medical conditions, and behaviour issues
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery, adapting materials to meet individual needs
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**
  • Relevant degree in Criminology or Psychology, or equivalent experience
  • Recent experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues

**Working Conditions:**
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
  • Competitive daily rate of £83.15
