Job Description: We are currently recruiting SEN Psychology and Criminology Graduates to fill various roles within our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering targeted interventions and support to children with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, Mild Learning Difficulties, and other special needs.

Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include participating in IEP meetings, developing and implementing individualized support plans, and contributing to ongoing training and professional development. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, as well as communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.

Benefits: As a Graduate Support Worker at Academics Ltd, you can enjoy a competitive salary of £450-£500 per week. Our full-time positions offer a 37-hour working week, from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
