Entier Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic HR Graduate to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about delivering success.

As an HR Graduate, you will provide generalist HR support, coaching, and guidance to our employees and managers, both onshore and offshore. You will actively contribute towards the bespoke value-added service that the Entier HR function provides.

Developing people to be the best they can be lies at the core of the Entier family success story. Working closely with the HR Manager, the successful Graduate will undertake a variety of HR-related tasks tailored towards developing the individual to becoming capable of progression in all aspects of HR-related activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide generalist HR support to employees and managers
  • Coach and guide employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Contribute towards the bespoke value-added service provided by the Entier HR function
  • Develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Degree in HR or Business Administration (or similar qualification)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to acquire a good understanding of Entier's organisational structure, positions, opportunities, aims, and objectives
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
