HR Graduate Opportunity

Entier Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Graduate to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As an HR Graduate, you will play a key role in providing generalist HR support, coaching, and guidance to our employees and managers, both onshore and offshore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply relevant laws, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to acquire a good understanding of Entier's organisational structure, positions, opportunities, aims, and objectives.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in HR or Business Administration (or similar qualification).
