The successful candidate will provide generalist HR support, coaching, and guidance to our employees and managers, both onshore and offshore. They will work closely with the HR Manager to undertake a variety of HR-related tasks, developing their skills and knowledge to become capable of progression in all aspects of HR activity.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster strong positive working relationships across all levels.
  • Developing organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure efficient and effective HR processes.
  • Comprehending, interpreting, and applying applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Acquiring a good understanding of Entier's organizational structure, positions, opportunities, aims, and objectives, and administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results.

Requirements include a degree in HR or Business Administration, or a similar qualification.
