Austin Fraser is seeking a Commercial Sales Support Manager to oversee business systems, manage contract terms and conditions, and provide pricing support for sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sales and commercial teams.
  • Support the sales team by providing training, troubleshooting, and maintaining best practices for CRM usage.
  • Analyse internal data to identify trends, customer behaviour, and potential opportunities, providing insights to sales and commercial teams.
Contract Terms and Conditions Review:
  • Conduct initial reviews of contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and risk management guidelines.
  • Coordinate with legal and commercial teams to address any identified risks or discrepancies in contract T&Cs.
  • Provide guidance to the sales team on contractual requirements and assist in negotiations when needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to ensure all relevant information is included in tender responses.
  • Track tender opportunities and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality submissions.

A competitive salary plus annual bonus is offered for this role. The estimated salary range is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum. Benefits include a fully expensed company car, 25 days' holiday per year, and 8 Bank Holidays.
