Sales and Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Evans Halshaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Accountabilities- Lead the sales team in achieving outstanding results through effective management of enquiries and conversion of prospects into customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and wants, and providing solutions to meet these expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive success.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a high level of professional acumen and an outstanding work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team to achieve outstanding results.
- Meet and exceed sales targets monthly.
