The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems for the Disabled Children's Team.
  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations to support the team's work.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children and families receiving services.
  • Coordinating and organizing events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Providing excellent customer service to families, professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the team in project management and service delivery initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a social care or health environment. You should also possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant software applications.

The estimated salary for this role is £13.47 per hour, based on your location and experience.
