Occupational Health Specialist

\helpers/Enhancing workplace health and safety through proactive occupational health services.
Proactively contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and contractual codes of conduct. Collaborate closely with clients to prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities, leveraging specialist skills and knowledge to drive efficient recording of clinic visits.
Key responsibilities include providing treatment services, coordinating defined occupational health activities, and maintaining ongoing sign-off of checklists and competencies as agreed with the OH Clinical Manager.\helpers/Our company prioritizes employee support and development, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.   • A willingness to travel and work outside normal office hours, including early, late, and night shifts with shift allowance paid.
  • A high degree of self-management, self-motivation, and openness to change, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Comfortable working alone or as part of a team, with strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and IT skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and OH systems.
  • Current, valid UK driving licence and own transport essential.
