Job Title: Nuclear Skills and Capability Specialist

Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of training courses and maintain the training course reserve list.
  • Liaise with delegates to create and monitor invites, ensuring all delegates are security cleared.
  • Collect and archive attendance information, record course completion, and gather feedback.
  • Generate data for training forecasting and distribute course completion certificates and reading materials.
  • Migrate Nuclear Skills' and/or Skills for Nuclear Training Records into capability toolsets.
  • Support the Project Leader in conducting audits, spot checks, and correlation exercises on the capability toolset and related people tools.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • CIPD or Learning & Development qualification (or equivalent knowledge or experience).
  • Experience with Project Management.

Desirable:

  • Exposure to a training environment.
  • Exposure to Engineering.
