About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic team at DaVita International. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our mission of delivering exceptional dialysis care to patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and Engage with Top Talent: Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent to support our business objectives.
  • Manage Candidate and Teammate Data: Utilize Workday to efficiently manage candidate and teammate data, ensuring seamless recruitment processes.
  • Analyse and Report: Create detailed reports and draw actionable insights from people data to inform our recruitment strategies.
  • Expand Your Horizons: Get involved in broader HR activities, including employee engagement, training and development, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Recruitment or HR Experience: You have experience in a recruitment or HR function and are ready to take the next step in your career.
  • Systems Savvy: You are comfortable using HR systems and technology to streamline processes and enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data, creating reports, and drawing actionable insights.
  • Eager Learner: You are excited about getting involved in different HR functions and developing your expertise.
