About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Power Platform Developer to join our team at Frank Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in driving the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
  • Power Platform Expertise: Develop and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and custom Plug-ins, with a strong focus on integration techniques such as REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Database Architecture: Design and implement operational database architecture and ensure a strong understanding of relational database systems and proficiency in T-SQL.
  • Dynamics 365 Experience: Develop and deploy solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, with a proven history of delivering successful projects.
  • Project Management: Lead development projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope, with a focus on project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Certifications: Hold certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, and Azure (e.g., AZ-204), with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies.
Desirable Skills
  • Database Systems Knowledge: Understanding of relational database systems and proficiency in T-SQL.
  • Azure & DevOps Skills: Experience in Azure development, DevOps processes, and Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Integration Expertise: Strong skills in integration design and development, with a focus on creating seamless workflows.
  • Documentation & Testing: Ability to create detailed documentation and perform acceptance testing.
  • Power Pages: Experience in crafting and maintaining Power Pages to enhance user experiences.
