Job Title: Lead Power Platform Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Power Platform Developer to join our team at Frank Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Power Platform Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and custom Plug-ins, with a strong focus on integration techniques such as REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Database Architecture: Design and implement operational database architecture and design, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Dynamics 365 Experience: Develop and deploy solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, leveraging your expertise in integration design and development.
  • Project Management: Lead development projects, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence.
  • Certifications: Hold certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, and Azure (e.g., AZ-204), demonstrating your expertise in Microsoft technologies.

Desirable Skills:

  • Database Systems Knowledge: Understand relational database systems and proficiency in T-SQL.
  • Azure & DevOps Skills: Experience in Azure development, DevOps processes, and Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Integration Expertise: Strong skills in integration design and development, with a focus on creating seamless workflows.
  • Documentation & Testing: Ability to create detailed documentation and perform acceptance testing.
  • Power Pages: Experience in crafting and maintaining Power Pages to enhance user experiences.
