Lead Power Platform Developer


Location: Gatwick – Hybrid, 2 days per week

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum


Nigel Frank is partnered with a global organisation, as they seek a Lead Power Platform Developer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.


Experienced Required:

  • Power Platform Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and custom Plug-ins.
  • Programming Expertise: Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of integration techniques such as REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Database Proficiency: Strong background in operational database architecture and design.
  • Dynamics 365 Experience: Proven history of developing and deploying solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead development projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
  • Microsoft Certifications: Preferably holding certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, and Azure (e.g., AZ-204).


Desirable Extras:

  • Database Systems Knowledge: Understanding of relational database systems and proficiency in T-SQL.
  • Azure & DevOps Skills: Experience in Azure development, DevOps processes, and Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Integration Expertise: Strong skills in integration design and development, with a focus on creating seamless workflows.
  • Documentation & Testing: Ability to create detailed documentation and perform acceptance testing.
  • Power Pages: Experience in crafting and maintaining Power Pages to enhance user experiences.


This is a salaried role paying up to £80,000 per annum and offers a hybrid working environment.
